Our Team.
During the course of his obstetric/gynecological practice, Anatasol, L.L.C. founding member, Dr. Gerry Hoffman has regularly seen patients who complain of urinary incontinence and other conditions related to weak pelvic floor musculature. Over the years, patients have frequently inquired about a product that could be used to aid in learning how to do Kegel exercises. Dr. Hoffman conferred with his colleague, Dr. Michael England, a specialist in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, and Elizabeth Weaver, RN, M.S., a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner who all agreed, a simple to use, home health device could be of value to women everywhere. Next, Craig Hoffman, an electromechanical engineer, was contacted to confer on the research and development of a personal device that could aid in strengthening pelvic floor muscles.
Utilizing state-of-the-art components, the Anatasol team designed a device that helps women correctly locate their female pelvic muscles and provides rewarding feedback while performing Kegel exercises. Anatasol developed the V-toner™ as an adjunct to Kegel exercise, to help women strengthen their female pelvic muscles.
