How the V-toner™ works
the V-toner™ uses biocueing: your body leads, and the device answers. A pressure sensor reads your female pelvic muscle effort, and patented HapticTap™ technology answers with gentle pulses you can feel. The harder you squeeze and lift, the faster it pulses, up to twelve taps per second.
Getting started
1. Charge it. A full charge takes about 3 hours and gives up to 5 hours of use.
2. Turn it on. Quickly press and release Button I.
3. Relax and insert. Lie back comfortably and relax your female pelvic muscles. If you like, apply a water-based lubricant (water-based only), then insert the V-toner™.
4. Calibrate. Press Button II and stay relaxed for about 30 seconds while the V-toner™ calibrates to your body. After that, a light tap every 45 seconds lets you know it is ready.
5. Choose your intensity. Press Button III to adjust intensity smoothly from low to high, or use the slider in the app. Set exactly what feels comfortable.
6. Squeeze and lift. The pulses speed up as you squeeze harder, so you know right away you are using the correct muscle.
To turn off, hold Button I for 2 seconds, then release.
Your five-minute session
Squeeze and lift for 3 to 5 seconds, then relax completely for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times. Once you know the routine, a session takes about five minutes.
Feeling some muscle fatigue at first is normal. Think of it like starting any new exercise program. Your calibration reading can also vary with the time of day; it is often lower first thing in the morning, which is normal too.
Finding the right muscles
Imagine stopping the flow of urine, holding back gas, or gently tightening around a tampon. Then squeeze and pull up, from back to front, as if lifting the muscles up and in.
Do not push down, hold your breath, or tighten your stomach, buttocks, or thighs. Bearing down works against a Kegel, not for it.
Prefer guidance? Use the app
Connect the companion app by Bluetooth to calibrate, adjust intensity with a slider, or take manual control of tapping speed and intensity. Progress tracking is on the way.
Comfort and care
The production cover will be made with medical-grade silicone rated to ISO 10993 and USP Class VI biocompatibility standards. One size fits most. Virtually silent.
Clean with mild soap and water after each use. Use water-based lubricants only.
If the V-toner™ stops responding, hold Button I for 2 seconds to turn it off, then press Button I again to restart.
